Mr Eddy has been my service advisor from another Nissan location and I am so glad to see him at Nissan Simi Valley. He always has a smile and welcoming demeanor. He is very patient in explaining the work needed for my car. When he is busy, Jordan the service manager, steps in and gets the work order started and always check how the previous work was and if everything is well. Visiting at this location is great- even the service shuttle driver, Rudy is so nice and fun to talk to during pickup and drop off rides.

This was the best experience we have ever had with a car dealership! Way above and beyond from our first call to Branston then further help from Eric, to finishing up the financial paperwork with Paul! They took us from a broke down vehicle and no hope, to putting us into a brand new beautiful vehicle in very little time! We seemed a hopeless case with very poor credit and no money down and they made it work. THIS is the standard which EVERY car dealership should operate. Adam Perciado was extremely helpful in helping me to chosing my new Rogue SL. The sales manager was great and helped me get an awesome deal that is not costing me too much more than what I was paying for my Kia Sportage, which I traded in for the Rogue. Top notch dealership.
