I brought my 2020 Nissan Sentra Sr Premium Package in for a tie rod recall this week. Jordan and his team got the job done in only 2 hours, but the next day I noticed the steering wheel was not centered. So Jordan asked me to bring the vehicle back in which I did. He resolved all of my issues hassle free and left very satisfied. I bought my car there in 2021 and it has been an amazing car. And my car was ready exactly when promised while I waited in the very comfortable customer lounge. At a "wait for it" appointment with a work day ahead, that was very important. Jordan is a real asset for First Nissan. Went to say hi to Bob, but we missed each other. Hi Bob! (first review, a year ago) I highly recommend First NissanPedro, Hamid, Bob and Paul in Finance – all were fantastic, and provided us all of the information, and good-humored, warm, down-to-earth reassurance that my wife and I needed during a search to find the right car at the right price, with a number of specific needs in play.
