A tire maintenance light came on in my car. I stopped in to First Nissan to see what was the matter. It was just a warning light to rotate my tires but at first Nissan, Eddy took my car in immediately, rotated the tires, and changed my oil. I was planning on going out of town that weekend and they wanted me to be safe on my trip. Seriously what other dealership does that? None in my experience. I just love being part of the First Nissan, Simi Valley, family. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my Pathfinder.

They took us from a broke down vehicle and no hope, to putting us into a brand new beautiful vehicle in very little time! Professional, courteous staff!

Mr Eddy has been my service advisor from another Nissan location and I am so glad to see him at Nissan Simi Valley. He always has a smile and welcoming demeanor. He is very patient in explaining the work needed for my car. When he is busy, Jordan the service manager, steps in and gets the work order started and always check how the previous work was and if everything is well. Visiting at this location is great- even the service shuttle driver, Rudy is so nice and fun to talk to during pickup and drop off rides.

The service advisor was pleasant and the service was done quickly and with no issues. Fred was amazing and Genesis did a great job.
