Mr Eddy has been my service advisor from another Nissan location and I am so glad to see him at Nissan Simi Valley. He always has a smile and welcoming demeanor. He is very patient in explaining the work needed for my car. When he is busy, Jordan the service manager, steps in and gets the work order started and always check how the previous work was and if everything is well. Visiting at this location is great- even the service shuttle driver, Rudy is so nice and fun to talk to during pickup and drop off rides.

I brought my 2020 Nissan Sentra Sr Premium Package in for a tie rod recall this week. Jordan and his team got the job done in only 2 hours, but the next day I noticed the steering wheel was not centered. So Jordan asked me to bring the vehicle back in which I did. He resolved all of my issues hassle free and left very satisfied. I bought my car there in 2021 and it has been an amazing car. It was the only Super Black they had on the lot and it's the only one I see in town. Thanks Jordan and the team at First Nissan.

(second review - turns out you're only allowed one entry per company, but can add to the original) Now at a year since our 2024 Rogue lease last year - Jordan managed our service impeccably - his communication skills are great, and what can be an uncomfortable and difficult experience, was just the opposite. And my car was ready exactly when promised while I waited in the very comfortable customer lounge. At a "wait for it" appointment with a work day ahead, that was very important. Jordan is a real asset for First Nissan. Went to say hi to Bob, but we missed each other. Hi Bob! (first review, a year ago) I highly recommend First NissanPedro, Hamid, Bob and Paul in Finance – all were fantastic, and provided us all of the information, and good-humored, warm, down-to-earth reassurance that my wife and I needed during a search to find the right car at the right price, with a number of specific needs in play. We couldn't be happier with the sales & finance departments of First Nissan, and look forward to working with the service department.
