2012 SPRING TIRE EVENT AND ONE TO ONE REWARDS POINT PROGRAM
PROGRAM PERIOD: FEBRUARY 1, 2012 – APRIL 30, 2012
INCENTIVES: One To One Rewards “Buy 4” Tires Offer - NNA will award 150 One To One Rewards Points when consumers purchase a set of four (4) eligible tires* from their One To One Rewards participating dealer February 1, 2012 – April 30, 2012.
ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS: Any customer purchasing four (4) eligible Bridgestone or Yokohama tires* from their One To One Rewards Program-enrolled dealership between February 1, 2012 and April 30, 2012, and is enrolled in the One To One Rewards Program will earn 150 One To One Rewards Points.
One To One Rewards Points awarded for the “Buy 4” Tires offer will be applied to the Special Offers Service account for each customer upon NNA’s verification of the qualifying customer-pay repair order. One To One Rewards Points awarded to One To One Rewards customers will post to the customer’s account within 2-3 weeks of the qualifying transaction date.
Customers must redeem the One To One Rewards points by March 31, 2013. One To One Rewards points from this promotion not redeemed by March 31, 2013 will be forfeited.
* OEM/OEA tires only. Excludes Blizzak.
ELIGIBLE PARTS AND SERVICE*:
The Buy 4 Tire offer is only valid for OEM & OEA tires purchased through Dealer Tire and installed by a One To One Rewards Program enrolled dealership. The offer is only valid for service work performed on Nissan vehicles.
PROGRAM FEATURES
Sales period for the “Buy 4” tires offer is February 1, 2012 – April 30, 2012. As qualifying customer-pay repair information is entered and received by the One To One Rewards Program headquarters, eligible points will be automatically added to the customers account.
Dealer must have processed eligible repair orders through the One To One Rewards website before Special Offer Service Points credits can be applied.
All points customers earn from this offer must be redeemed by March 31, 2013.
POINTS AWARDS:
With each qualifying transaction submitted to One To One Rewards by the dealer, points will be added to the customers “Special Offers – Service” account. Please note it may take up to 2-3 weeks for the points to appear in the customers account once submitted by the dealer.
POINTS REDEMPTION & DEALER REIMBURSEMENT:
Special Offer Service Points can be redeemed through the normal process via the One To One Rewards Website.
Once Special Offer Service points are redeemed and subject to verification, the dealer’s NVA will be credited up to $90. Examples of reimbursement are below.
o If a customer redeems the full $150 points, NNA will reimburse the dealer $90 and the remaining $60 is the responsibility of the dealer and represents their share of the support for the offer.
o If a customer redeems $90 or less, NNA will reimburse the dealer only that amount and the dealer will not need to financially participate in the offer.
o If a customer redeems an amount between $90 and $150, NNA will reimburse the dealer $90 and the dealer will be responsible for the balance up to the amount redeemed.
Please note that credit of redeemed special offer service points may take up to 45 days.
